DuoPhase

Track your cycle. Feel understood together.

DuoPhase starts as your private, encrypted period tracker. Log flow, symptoms and moods, see your patterns, and keep your history forever. When you want support, invite your partner, and they see only what you choose to share.

Your history is never locked behind a paywall. No ads, no data selling, private notes stored encrypted.

Why solo period trackers leave your partner in the dark.

One side runs on unspoken tension and guessing. The other runs on clear, everyday signals.

A solo tracker compared with DuoPhase
The Status Quo (Solo Trackers)The DuoPhase Attunement
She feels overwhelmed during PMS and assumes he should intuitively know what's wrong. She taps a 6-hour need ("Give me quiet") in a few seconds.
He walks on eggshells, misinterpreting her hormonal fatigue as emotional distance or rejection. His phone tells him she shared what would help, with a plain idea of what to do: "Lower the TV, skip the questions, stay nearby."
Disagreements happen because neither partner understands the underlying biological reality. Both check in daily on energy and answer one connection question together.

Four tools that replace the guessing.

Each one turns a moment you used to guess through into one clear step.

The Timed Needs Engine

Say what you need without a 30-minute conversation.

Pick what would help and for how long: Listening, Comfort, A practical hand, Quiet, or Time before talking.

The Man's Daily Guide

Her phase translated into tonight's playbook.

No medical jargon or vague platitudes. If she shares her phase and she is in her before-period days, he gets concrete ideas: when to take dinner off her plate, how to talk, and when to give space.

The Guide on his phone, titled Her cycle, in your words: a picture card for each of her phases, then ideas for when she asks him to just listen or help with practical tasks

Reciprocal Daily Questions

Connection questions with a catch: both must answer to unlock.

One thoughtful question every day. To see what your partner wrote, you must submit your answer first. No lurking, no pressure, just mutual vulnerability.

Ask DuoPhase: private AI relationship guidance

Advice for the hard conversations, built only on what she chose to share.

Ask how to handle a difficult conversation or support her through harder days. Ask DuoPhase works from what your partner chose to share and never reads private notes. It is part of the Insight Pack.

Alex asks: She gets anxious the week before her period. How do I support her without making it about me?

DuoPhase answers: Keep tonight low-key. She shared that quiet company helps her more than advice, so take dinner off her plate, sit with her and ask one open question. Then follow her lead.
